The first letters of each missing thing (wheel, fire hydrant, automobile, rabbit, grapes, owl) spells WFARGO. This can be entered into the cryptex to open it

Solution
Add up the rabbit and put them into the order mentioned in the journal. This can then be used to open the key lock on building 160 (3112)
Key Puzzle Hints – 160 W Main St is Closed
Do the keys on the handle match any pictures there?
Solution
When the keys are matched to boxed and the boxes are matched to the list. When the first initials are read in order of the box numbers low to high it reads: telegram four. The telegram meantions the library and a history section. Go to the Jerome Library and find the section with the hostory of Jerome. There you will find a key for one of the two drawers that has the logo on it.
Part 2
Morse Code Puzzle
Look for Morse code in the buildings, starting at the Cook Complex and look in shops with the logo until you get to El Sombrero
Solution
6 words can be uncoded from the buildings “The cheese is old and moldy” When this phrase is told to an employee of El Sombrero they will give you your next envelope
Cipher Puzzle
Align C with 5. Then count the shaded things in the pictures and use the wheel to spell out a word that you will use on the lock on the bag.
